We currently ship our products in the United States, and abroad, with USPS. Our shipping rates depend on your destination and the weight of your package.

To calculate the shipping cost, start by adding the items you wish to purchase into your cart and enter your shipping information. Click the "Continue to Shipping Information" button. Then review the shipping price and arrival date. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

-Does your shipping cost seem high?
You might want to select Priority or Priority Express (each service offers a flat fee based on the size and number of items you purchased).

-Do you need your package delivered on a specific date?
Be sure to get ahead of the holiday rush. By the way, USPS does not deliver packages on holidays including New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Every country has its own shipping rules and regulations that restrict certain items. Before placing your order, please review the list of items restricted by your country. If you decide to refuse a shipment, Good Earth Sandals will not be able to grant refunds of any kind.

-What about customs, duties & taxes? When ordering online from a company based in the United States, for goods shipped to a foreign country, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, as levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

We highly recommend for our international customers to know and abide by their country's tax laws, import fees, and V.A.T. fees. Also, please be aware that shipping delays are common in some countries. Good Earth Sandals cannot be held responsible for packages held in customs or for any customs duties owed.
